# Linking your Discord account

We are currently testing out a feature that allows us to synchronize bans, nicknames and roles across both platforms. This requires you to link your discord account to Minecraft.

Linking is relatively easy, here's how:

### Step 1:

**When joining our server, you will be prompted to link your Discord account. Copy the four digit code that is shown in the message**.
